Donate Food to the Eden Hall Food Drive

Eden Hall is once again partner with Inspired Hearts and Hands to support local families through our annual Food Fight. The drive will run from Monday, November 10, through Friday, November 21. During this time, each homeroom will collect food and donations to help fill 1,600 Thanksgiving food boxes for families across the Pine-Richland community and surrounding areas.

Each classroom will earn one point for every item or dollar donated. The classroom in each grade with the highest total will receive a prize package for every student. Donations can be brought directly to your student’s classroom for counting. Please keep all items in their original packaging and check expiration dates before donating.

Families can also participate virtually through our online shopping cart. Online donations count toward classroom totals and are a convenient way to help us reach our goal.

The most needed items for the food drive include instant potatoes, pasta sides, stuffing, canned cranberries or applesauce, canned vegetables, pasta, pasta sauce, rice, dessert mixes, peanut butter, jelly, Nutella, cereal, pancake mix, syrup, canned soup, chicken, tuna, granola bars, fruit snacks, and $10 Walmart or ALDI gift cards for turkey or other protein.

Inspired Hearts and Hands aims to collect more than 32,000 nonperishable food items and $16,000 in grocery gift cards to help families in need this holiday season. Every contribution makes a difference, and together we can help ensure that all families in our community enjoy a warm and joyful Thanksgiving.
