Eden Hall Unveils Outdoor Classroom

teachers cut a ribbon
On Wednesday, September 20, Eden Hall Upper Elementary held a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially debut their new outdoor classroom, an idea conceived by students, Mrs. Giran and Dr. Domagala, and generously funded by the PTO.

During the ceremony, sixth-grader Allie Cable read What Do You Do with an Idea?, a story that describes how one idea can have a great impact. Members of the Sustainability Committee unveiled the name of the new space: The GOAL Zone (Grow Outside And Learn), which was voted on by Eden Hall students.

Thank you to everyone who made this idea a reality!
